Supermorphe
2023-Current
Guadalajara, Mexico
One of Mexico’s most acclaimed furniture designers needed a voice and full strategy to their brand after more than 12 years in the business serving the city’s most distinguished clientele.
The Task
Supermorphe sought to re-think the way they approached the market. With no former strategy in play, our task was to break and dissect the company, harmonizing the brand leaders and creating a strategy that reflected their compelling purpose, story, and philosophy.
A Reverence For Those That Live
Supermorphe’s designs are more than just furniture—they are expressions of life contemplations. Capturing these ideals in words, while staying true to the owner's artistry, was our first priority.
We harmonized stakeholders, then created an internal brand that accurately touched upon their brand purpose, mission, vision, values, promise, and even a philosophy based on a methodology 35 years in the making.
A Human Experience
Supermorphe aimed to expand into new markets, so we connected with their existing clients to evaluate their individual customer journeys. Through this process, we identified their customer persona and uncovered valuable insights that reshaped how Supermorphe viewed itself.
We sought to differentiate Supermorphe from their competitors in Mexico City and Guadalajara. Leaning upon the strengths and weaknesses of others, we identified value propositions and gave Supermorphe a stronger position in the market.
We then found the brand’s voice and personality, and updated their social media to reflect this.
The Right to Beauty
Supermorphe is a highly artistic and visually-driven company. With the strategic side of branding complete, we collaborated with a graphic designer and visual expert to develop the brand’s visual language and establish comprehensive brand guidelines.
